With over 25 years of executive leadership in career and technical education, he has consistently driven transformational change across institutions and industries.
Shaun earned his Doctor of Education degree, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania, and his academic journey began at Brigham Young University, where he also excelled as an NCAA and international track and field athlete, ultimately serving as captain of the BYU team. Early in his career, he held student services roles at both Stanford and BYU, laying a foundation for his lifelong commitment to learner success.
